I purposely choose affirmation for the mind because we all tend to get to a point in any season in our lives when we fall short, don't believe, get tired, but in all of this...our mind continues to work for us either for us or against us depending on what thoughts we are having. Therefore controlling the mind is a powerful asset to utilize even when we don't "feel" it we can still believe it and have our mind lead our bodies and emotions in the right direction.
